Wonderful photo, she's almost too still somehow. I would love to know the colour of the carnations, I think the dress may have been white, the carnations perhaps a pale yellow.
Lisa, you're probably right about the colors. The idea of the photo as postmortem didn't occur to me until you mentioned how still she looks! Ray, the hat was indeed a fine one.
